Wall! Of! Bots!

It’s been a while since I posted any comments from what are clearly ChatGPT/LLM-type automata, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been saving them up; and since I was out of town recently, this seemed like a good time to queue them up for presentation. As usual, these comments came from the animals’ blog*, and are all of a kinda-on-topic-but-clearly-not-understanding-anything-except-Jack-and-shit-and-Jack-left-town nature. Ready? Let’s begin!

A double dose of spam from “catreign” for the now-infamous “Bean Owns Twitter” series and Producer Smurf calling a meeting.
More spam from the “Bean Owns Twitter” series, in this case, the one where they dug up an underground gas tank, because reasons.
“Catreign” is back! Still on the “Bean Owns Twitter” series, this is the one where they put that gasoline tank to good use. Or some kind of use, anyway.
Again with the “Bean Owns Twitter” series! That one seems to really attract the bots, no doubt because of its frequent use of the word “Twitter”. Hmm … Twitter Twitter Twitter!
What?! An LLM bot comment on something that isn’t the “Bean Owns Twitter” series? Inconceivable! Also, I know what bubble tea is, but I have a question for the spammer: What on earth is “Bonfire Bubble Tea”?
Oona has been mentioned by the bots! She has arrived!
Yes, yes they did have a fun time getting chased around by an axe murderer.

Whew! Glad I finally got all those spam screen shots off my computer desktop. It was starting to smell like canned meat in here.

* Being way more popular than me, they also, as one might expect, get way more spam.

  1. This is a fantastic WordPress Post! I am laughing out loud at the screenshots that you have taken the time to collate and ultimately post. Artificial Intelligence, or AI, entities are quite easy to catch with their overly forward way of communication. Enjoy the beautiful day in your Texas residence. Yes, I am human also!

  3. I just checked my spam folder after reading this post. I get spam but not yet any AI comments. You are getting a lot of them but some of them are funny. The comment above from 031ll1879 looks like AI but I assume that is a sarcastic human writing it, or?
