Looks like a bit of a fixer-upper. Nice landscaping though … Still, I’m not sure I would pay $4,000 to rent a place where I’d have to sleep in a tent in the living room; after all, it’s not like it’s west of the 5.

Looks like they’re planning on digging some trenches? I guess that’s easier to put a tarp over, you can sleep in there.

A shocking number of houses in our neighborhood have had tarps over their roofs for years! I suppose it’s cheaper than repairing the leaks … 🤷♂️
