Pitch Perfect!

Thank you to everyone who voted (or tried to vote but couldn’t get through the login process, which took me a like the whole week to understand) — Shards has won the Pitch Perfect award for the week of February 6th!

Vote For Pedro?

Well, or, seeing as Pedro isn’t in the running for a Pitch Perfect Pick this week, you could vote for my book Shards, if you want to … Clicking on the image below will take you to the voting page.

pitchperfectvoting

I only voted once for myself, because that’s how I roll, which means I got an actual vote from somebody who isn’t me.  I don’t know who else voted for Shards, but thank you, anonymous person!  And another thank you to anyone else who might have the time and inclination to pay Underground Book Reviews a visit and place a vote for Shards — as far as I can tell, no login or account is required.**

** EDIT: I’ve heard that the voting is in fact asking people to log in using WordPress or Facebook.  I apparently never log out of anything so I didn’t realize it was doing this.  Sorry about that!  I appreciate that people have been willing to cast votes for Shards, but please don’t worry if you can’t get to the voting screen — I wouldn’t ask anyone to create an account or log in to a random site on my behalf!  🙂

Of Pixels And Dead Trees

To Lulu, Or To CreateSpace? That Is The Question.

So as I mentioned previously, I am now in the process of putting together the print editions of Shards and Ravels. It’s been a good six years since I last did a print book (that would be Dragon Stones, of course), and while all of my previous ones were done through Lulu, I thought I might give another service a try this time — namely, CreateSpace.

The End

So over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, with a little extra time off from the job that actually pays the bills (Lord knows writing doesn’t), I finally wrapped up the last pass of editing on the conclusion of Shards — or, as I am now calling it, The “Strings” Duology:
